2020 ANNUAL SHOW CANCELLED, BUT SMALLER SECTION EVENTS MAY BE HELD

The Ashburton A & P Association has cancelled its 2020 Annual Show, that was to be held at the end of October. Doing so is in the best interest of the Association, Exhibitors, Competitors, Suppliers and the Community, due to the uncertainty of what COVID-19 level we will be in (and the restrictions on gatherings that may apply) come show day.
Options are being investigated to run smaller events around the original dates of our 2020 show for individual show sections. Further information will be made available here once these options have been explored.
While we are exploring running smaller events for individual show sections, we will not be having any trade, market or food sites this year. There will also be no sideshows or other entertainment. We look forward to welcoming back such Exhibitors and Suppliers in 2021.
For those that have already entered classes in our Annual Show that are being cancelled, the administrator will contact you to organise a refund of your entry fees.
Thank you to our Members, Sponsors, Exhibitors, Judges and Stewards for your understanding and ongoing support of our Annual Show and the Ashburton A & P Association. We look forward to running our full Annual Show again in 2021.
