THE ASSOCIATION gives a SUPREME CHAMPION RIBBON to the SUPREME CHAMPION HUACAYA ALPACA AND SUPREME CHAMPION SURI ALPACA.
THE ASSOCIATION gives RIBBONS to the CHAMPION & RESERVE CHAMPION, MALE & FEMALE JUNIOR, INTERMEDIATE, SENIOR and MATURE HUACAYA and SURI ALPACA.
All Alpacas to be penned by 8.00 a.m.
To commence judging at 8.30 a.m.
HARVEY NORMAN LUCKY PRIZE DRAW - $100 will be available to one Alpaca participating in the Grand Parade at 2.00 p.m.
Conditions of Entry:-
1. All animals must belong to a clear TB herd where whole herd testing is performed in accordance with the AANZ voluntary TB scheme and either (a) the herd they come from has a current valid (Clear) TB whole herd certificate and is situated outside any Declared Movement Control Area for Cattle and Deer as defined and mapped by the Animal Health Board or (b) the herd they come from has a current valid (clear) TB whole herd certificate and they are situated within any Declared Movement Control Area for Cattle and Deer as defined and mapped by the Animal Health Board and the specified alpacas attending the Show have been tested clear of TB within 60 days of the Show. Copies of TB certificates to be enclosed with entry forms.
2. All Alpacas entered in Championship Classes must be registered with the IAR and carry a brass ear tag displaying its corresponding IAR number. Copies of registration certificates are required to be enclosed with the entry forms. Please note that A1 forms are not acceptable.
3. The exhibitor is the owner(s) listed on the alpaca’s registration certificate. In the case of a registered lease, the lessee is deemed the owner.
4. The colour of any alpaca is the colour closest to the skin at the mid side on the day of the Show.
However; White Alpacas: constitutes a pristine, bright white fleece.
Light fawn Alpacas: alpacas with a cream or off white fleece or that have light fawn on the neck or backline.
[NB: Animals with light fawn on the neck or backline should be entered and shown in the light fawn class].
If any exhibitor is unsure of their alpacas colour, clarification can be made with the stewards on the day
5. The age of the alpaca is its age on the day of the Show.
6. All exhibitors or handlers must place their animals in the pens allotted by the Convenor. Placement of animals in 'trade pens' will only be done with the permission of the Chief Steward.
7. No animals shall be removed from the show prior to the completion of the Grand Parade without the permission of the Chief Steward.

This class is for the exhibiting of progeny from the same sire. The sire is not shown. Progeny are shown in groups of two and can be of mixed sex, age and colour but must have been shown in their respective Championship classes at the same show. Progeny can be owned by different exhibitors. THIS CLASS IS TO BE ENTERED ON THE DAY OF THE SHOW - the entry fee, sire's name and the names of his progeny are to be registered with the Chief Steward before the commencement of judging of the Special Classes.
Class 334 SIRES PROGENY (SURI)
This class is for the exhibiting of progeny from the same sire. The sire is not shown. Progeny are shown in groups of two and can be of mixed sex, age and colour but must have been shown in their respective Championship classes at the same show. Progeny can be owned by different exhibitors.
