2023 ANNUAL SHOW DATES FRIDAY 27TH & SATURDAY 28TH OCTOBER 2023
Applications are now open for Food Sites for our 2023 Annual Show. Links to information pack is below. Key dates are set out below.
Key dates:

1st September 2023 |
Food site tender applications close (applications received after this date cannot be guaranteed acceptance) |

Late September/early October 2023 |
Sites are allocated by the Ashburton A & P Association and applicants are advised of the results of their application for a site |

26th October 2023 |
Site holders can start setting up their sites at the Ashburton Showgrounds |
|
27th October 2023 |
First day of show – food sites must be setup and manned by 9.00am and manned all day Friday |
|
28th October 2023 |
Second day of show – food sites must manned all day Saturday until 4.30pm, when dismantling of sites can commence |
|
30th October 2023 |
Food sites to be cleared by 5.00pm |
